How can I check the status of my order?

What is Face 2.0’s Return Policy?

Face 2.0 offers 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you aren't fully satisfied with your product, we'll take it back within 30 days of your order date and refund your full purchase price. Contact Customer Service @ info@face2oh.com for any returns and/or defective items.

Returning Defected Items

Please send the defective or incorrect item(s) back to us, using the return process. Once we receive the item we will gladly send you a replacement. Use the return form provided to you by Customer Service.

How do I use a promotional code?

Locate the offer code box on the checkout cart and enter the applicable promotional code. Offers subject to meeting purchase qualifications.

We currently provide international rates based on weight and destination.
